Once again the week has flown by. It’s now 5 Minute Friday. The rules are simple.
- Write on the given word for 5 minutes with little to no editing.
- Link to Gypsy Mama’s 5 Minute Friday page.
- Most important? Visit the person ahead of you and leave an encouraging note…and anyone else you care to visit as well!

That was lovely Martha. That was a pretty amazing 5 minutes!
thanks lani:) glad you stopped by. i almost missed your comment b/c it ended up in my spam account. fortunately i caught it.
Lovely and inspiring post! I especially love this statement: “Grasp each opportunity that GOD gives you to show His glory to the world, to grow to be more like Him, to be Christ to those around you.” To that, I say “Amen!”
thanks for coming by stefanie:) glad you were inspired.
Fantastic post.
thanks denise:)
visiting from 5mf – mostly cause i had to come and see that photo in your thumbnail. do you like climbing mountains yourself? it was perfect for what you wrote today.
the words that most spoke to my heart: “Learn that when you are giving correction, you want to do it with more kindness and grace than she does.” you sound like you might have been on the hard side of receiving that correction in the past. what an amazing lesson to have had the privilege of learning, though!
blessings!
thanks for coming over to visit richelle. no, i’m not a mountain climber. don’t live near mountains. grew up in south FL near the beach and now live in east TX with some hills and pine trees…no mountains:) i just thought the photo described my topic well:)
yes, i have been on the down side of unpleasant “correction” and have learned that hidden there is often something i need to hear despite the attitude of the one giving the truth wrapped in spikes.
I feel like I was meant to read this post this morning. I am going to reflect on these thoughts today.
Thank you
(Popping by from Five Minute Friday)
