I’m glad you came to Gritty Grace.
In order to find your way around, I’ll give you a few directions.
If you want to receive new posts when they come out, go to the subscribe box in the top right of the front page and enter your email address there. If you prefer to receive posts in a reader. Fill it in appropriately and you will be good to go. Don’t forget to follow up with the email that will come to you to confirm the information.
I promise not to sell them or in any way pass them on! The process is simple…and it’s free!
We have 6 categories as seen under the header. Above the categories you will find links to some of our special series and some miscellaneous topics where you might want to roam.
If you are looking for a more narrow topic than what is listed in the categories, look in the tag cloud at the bottom of the page (center). If you click on the topic you want, you will find all posts on that topic.
For now, there is a list of the top favorites on the right sidebar. At the bottom of each post is a list of about 5 posts that are similar in some way to the one you are reading.
If you would like to know a little more about me, stop by the About page
If you enjoyed what you read and would like to share it with others so they hear about my blog, the easiest way for you to do it is to follow the floating icons that stick with you as you have been reading. Take your pick and share via one or more of those media…facebook, twitter, etc. You just click it and it will pop up a link to that post you are reading, give you a place to comment if you want, and you are good to go!
Here is the mission statement for the blog. This tells you about why we’re here. Why I write the blog…and to whom! It is also found at the bottom of the front page.
The purpose of GrittyGrace.com is to glorify GOD…
- by helping women understand who they are in Christ…daughters not orphans.
- by giving women the tools they need to mentor other women.
- by encouraging women to have cross-generational friendships for the mutual benefit of both.
All in the context of friendship, growth in grace, GOD’s Word, learning to change, and aging together within the Body of Christ…His Beloved Church.
